Our Review Process
After receiving a sufficiently complete notice, we may investigate the claim, contact the complaining party or the affected party for clarification, remove or disable access to the material, update a page, remove a link, or take other steps we believe are appropriate. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to us by using Contact Us Form. A valid counter-notification should generally include your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed in error, your name and contact information, and a statement that you consent to the appropriate jurisdiction where required by law.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Where appropriate, APKzBay.com may restrict access to site features, reject submissions, or terminate repeat infringers or abusive submitters. We reserve the right to act on repeated, credible complaints relating to copyright, trademark misuse, impersonation, malware distribution, or fraudulent legal notices.
Misrepresentations
