Your counter-notice must include:

A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. The material may be restored unless the copyright owner files a court action within the legally required timeframe.

Repeat Infringement Policy

APKzBay may terminate user access or remove content from users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers, at our sole discretion and as permitted by law.
